Summary:Second part of the fourth episode about Macau, with testimonies and statements from experts who report the economic and social consequences of the most relevant political events in the 60s and 70s, namely Portugal's isolation in the UN Security Council due to the Overseas War, the recognition of the sovereignty of the People's Republic of China by the United Nations, the attitude of this country towards the liberation war of the African peoples of the Portuguese colonies, the Revolution of 25 April 1974 that overthrew the Estado Novo and implemented the new Organic Statute of Macau with the creation of the Independent Territorial Command of Macau, the revision of the gambling exploitation contract, the political instability in Portugal that led to the events of 25 November 1975, and the talks in Paris that established the agreement with China on the question of the transition of Macau.
