Immersion in the landscape and in the vital breath-energy (Qi) that circulates within it thus has a therapeutic effect similar to that of the dynamic and respiratory exercises so cultivated and valued in traditional Chinese culture, such as Tai Chi Chuan and Chi Kung. |
